I chant affirmations or go outside in nature when obsessed with thoughts or listen to healing sounds while doing chores. if I mess up with my sleeping schedule After 10 pm insomnia is very much a struggle. I cannot do anything at that point. Either meditate or wait for the sleep using sound healing bowls.
