Oh Gosh- Never to paste-like this on your affiliates
My Experience of using Affiliates first time
I recently published four to five small articles here giving information about Bluehost with their affiliates link. I know no one wants to read boring content of promotions and review-based content. I also hate it personally.
But, Why stay behind, when everybody is trying and giving their money-making strategies?
Now, I am planning to teach something more relevant to people from the content How to build their WordPress Website on the purchased hosting services?
I purchased the hosting service. I thought to share my reviews and experience of Bluehost why it is better than other hosting services?
I thought to publish something here in the form of affiliates.
And, I signed up for their affiliates and got my first link from their affiliates program. But wait — In testing and trying I pasted the link and
And this is what I did wrong —
“I pasted link in — HTTP format”
And when I opened my affiliate link on the mobile app, It showed me the error. I don’t know why it was not showing an error on a laptop?
And even I wrote my article explaining SSL I was laughing like a kid after this incident.
Mistakes are part of our life. But this one would have cost me all the hard work of getting the traffic on that link.
Don’t Repeat this, If you are also testing and trying. You will get a link without HTTP or HTTPS from their site and when you will paste in the medium, by default it adds HTTP. This one amazed me why HTTP by default -Huff !
