Depressing day of the year
It is 3rd week and “Blue Monday.” Blue Monday is the most depressing day of the year. It is the third Monday of the year
So what next to expect. I know many of you are not feeling well and thinking about why I am feeling like this today?
No worries, It’s okay to feel this way.
You can take care of your emotional health :
1] By taking frequent breaks from your work.
2] Go outside and have nature walks.
3] Barefoot walks on the ground.
4] Sit with your pets for some time. They can help you in grounding.
5] Avoid triggering food like caffeine and sugar.
6] Sunlight: Take a sufficient amount of sunlight.
7] Rest and Relax and take sufficient sleep.
8] Drink water: Staying hydrated is very important.
9] Take your vitamins and minerals.
10] Listen to Sound healing music.
And last offer gratitude to the universe. The universe loves gratitude.
